Darden Looking to Hire Graduating Seniors in December
On Tuesday, September 24, 2013, a representative from Darden visited several HRM classrooms and held an information table to answer students’ questions about the company. Tanya Tateyama, Talent Acquisition Manager, said she’s been coming to NAU to recruit our HRM students since 1999.
“We have a lot of NAU alumni in our restaurants; we just love the students here,” she said.
The classroom visits were a way for her to describe what Darden is all about with relevance to what each class was learning. In the food sanitation class, Tateyama spoke about how everything gets processed within the company and what steps they took to keep products fresh.
“Right now, we’re looking to hire students who are graduating in December for management positions,” she said.
Interviews will be held Wednesday, September 25, 2013. Contact Suzanne Siler for information.
