Collaboration #2 with Mother Road Brewery
SHRM Chef Mark Molinaro and students from the Northern Arizona Craft Beer Association (NACBA, aka Beer Club) will be starting their next collaborative brew with Mother Road Brewing Company on Friday, October 16, 2015. Jordan Gregory, NAU-SHRM alumn (’15) and head of Non-Alcoholic Beverages Production at the brewery, worked with Chef Mark and Campbell Morrissy, production manager, to come up with a recipe for a Scotch Ale.
The students are excited to work with Mother Road again after the success of their first collaboration in January (story HERE). This hands-on experience is a great way to learn more about the craft brew industry and even possibly start a career in the field as Gregory was able to do (story HERE).
